I provide meeting facilitation and strategic workshops that end with concrete agreements – clear priorities, task owners and deadlines. Through strategic facilitation that brings together different perspectives, decisions become better aligned with the team’s needs and easier to put into action.
For over 20 years, I’ve been working with teams that want to improve how they moderate meetings and turn conversations into results. I know that truly effective meetings give space for every voice, have a clear purpose and lead to outcomes everyone supports.
That’s why I design processes and problem-solving workshops that help organisations act faster, think smarter and work with greater commitment. Below, you’ll find the services that make it happen.
How I can help
Problem Discovery Workshops

We align on the goal, scope and expectations before the project starts.
Effects: • shared understanding • short list of decisions and owners • next-step plan with dates • rough time and cost estimate.
Strategic Facilitation

We turn different viewpoints into one plan everyone supports.
Effects: • aligned priorities for the coming period • clear ownership and deadlines • success criteria and tracking • notes that double as an action plan.
Hybrid collaboration without friction

Make distributed teamwork smooth and meetings shorter.
Effects: • shorter, sharper meetings • clear rules for when to email/meet/chat • simple team rituals • ready-to-use meeting templates.
Train-the-Facilitator (internal facilitators)

Build people inside your company who can design and run workshops on their own.
Effects: • hands-on 6-week program • reusable scripts and materials • practical feedback after each session • confidence to run key meetings.
White-Label Facilitation
(for software houses & UX agencies)

Extend your offer without hiring full-time. We deliver under your brand.
Effects: • workshops in your visual identity • complete handoff materials • stable pricing and simple billing • time saved for your delivery/sales team.
Working with Canvases

Reach a shared version of your idea on one or two pages.
Effects: • agreed customer and need definitions • list of assumptions and a simple test plan • “what first” priorities • clear material for leadership.
Tomasz Cichocki
consultant, trainer, facilitator and coach.
After physics at the University of Warsaw, for 10 years I managed projects in media and telecommunications. Since 2003, I have been supporting organizations in changing the work culture and implementing innovations. I have experience in an international consulting company.
I work mainly with boards and managers. I conduct meetings that end with decisions: priorities, responsibilities and deadlines. I also teach facilitation within companies. I use simple tools: canvases (Business Model, Market Definition, Value Map) and clear templates.
I am a graduate of, among others, the School of Facilitation at the Jagiellonian University, the TROP trainers' school, PRINCE2 Foundation and the Erickson coaching course. IAF member. I teach at the Jagiellonian University School of Facilitators and at the “Innovation Leader” studies at ALK.
